What this service provides

Cat Loss Boss is a Homeowner Alliance-owned project-intake and paid referral resource. We review requests and may sell an exclusive introduction to a selected independent restoration provider with your permission. Independent providers contract with customers and perform the work. Provider availability, qualifications, pricing and project acceptance vary. Cat Loss Boss does not provide emergency dispatch, perform restoration work or negotiate insurance claims.

Planning is not a professional assessment

Guides and planner summaries organize information you provide. They are not a structural assessment, cost estimate, insurance coverage decision or legal advice. Follow emergency authorities and qualified professionals regarding safety and access.

Your provider decision

You are responsible for evaluating a provider’s qualifications, insurance, licensing where applicable, references and written proposal. The provider contracts with you directly. A request does not guarantee availability, an estimate, project acceptance or an insurance outcome.

Paid introductions

Providers may pay Homeowner Alliance for exclusive introductions. We review property fit and stated provider capabilities before selecting a buyer. Offers can influence selection; this is a paid referral service and does not claim a neutral ranking of all available restoration companies.

Accurate and authorized submissions

Submit accurate information and documents you are allowed to share. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without authorization. Provider applications are expressions of interest, not approval or a commitment to supply leads.
